Cheshire West and Chester Council Sports Development are launching a Step Back 2 Netball scheme at Malpas Sports Centre. The scheme is being expanded based on the success of the Winsford sessions that have been running now since September 2008. During that time the sessions have seen over 100 adult women attend coach-lead training sessions aimed at re-introducing them to the sport of netball in a fun and friendly environment. The Malpas sessions will take place at the Sports Centre on a Monday evening from 8 to 10pm. The sessions run in blocks of six or seven weeks and cost £2 per session. Although the sessions are due to start on Monday 13th September, latecomers are more than welcome as the sessions have a capacity of 24 players. Please can you help to promote these sessions as we hope to make them a regular feature in the area in our attempts to get more people, more active, more often.
